Every drop-in charge cooler manifold for the B58 hits the same limitation: the core can only be as big as the manifold it lives in. CSF's No Limit manifold removes the charge cooler from the equation entirely, freeing you to mount a full-size front-mount core, air-to-air or air-to-water, matched to your power goals instead of the space under the plenum.
The design comes from CSF's collaboration with Custom Plenum Creations, who have spent decades machining billet intakes for 2500+ horsepower 2JZ and RB builds. The manifold is CNC-machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum, with plenum volume and runner geometry refined through CFD analysis to keep airflow balanced across all six cylinders at the top end.
Details that matter:
- Integrated velocity stacks in each runner for smooth, even cylinder fill
- O-ring sealed surfaces that hold under extreme boost and backfire events
- S55 throttle body pattern (77mm) for a real airflow gain over the stock B58 throttle body
- Two integrated sensor pads for additional parameters or vacuum sources
- Billet fuel rail included, with modular ports on each runner for secondary port injection (optional second rail), nitrous, or methanol
