Every drop-in charge cooler manifold on the market runs into the same wall: the core is only as big as the space inside the manifold. CSF's No Limit manifold solves it by removing the charge cooler entirely, letting you run a full-size front-mount core, air-to-air or air-to-water, sized for the power you're actually chasing instead of what fits under the plenum.
The manifold is CNC-machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum by Custom Plenum Creations, the same shop that has been building billet intakes for 2500+ horsepower 2JZ and RB builds for decades. Plenum volume and runner design were refined through CFD analysis to eliminate airflow imbalance and cylinder scavenging issues at the top end.
Details that matter:
- Integrated velocity stacks in each runner for smooth, even cylinder fill
- O-ring sealed surfaces that hold under extreme boost and backfire events
- S55 throttle body pattern (77mm) for a real airflow gain over the stock 67-68mm unit
- Two integrated sensor pads for additional parameters or vacuum sources
- Billet fuel rail included, with modular ports on each runner for secondary port injection (optional second rail), nitrous, or methanol
- Thermal rejection competition spacer to cut manifold temps, lower IATs, and fight heat soak
